Gems Of Southern West Virginia Are Being Highlighted In A New Travel Series

Mar 3, 2013there are gems found in north carolina along most of the entire stretch of the piedmont, the blue ridge and west towards the spine of the appalachians but they can also be found. Nov 19, 2013has anyone done any rock/gem hunting, in nevada, over the last couple of years, especially, in southern nevada?

There is also quite a bit of gems that can be found in the rivers. I am wondering about the likelihood of finding gemstones in glacial till.
